New NZ Flag
I choose the first flag to be the new flag for New Zealand because I like the colours black and white. This flag represents New Zealand because it has a silver fern on it and the silver fern is a traditional plant in the Maori culture and the Maori are popular in New Zealand. I think this flag should be our new New Zealand flag.

The 2nd one is really good but to me I like the 1st one. I like how you talked about the old flag. People do get mixed up with NZ's flag and Australian flag. What would you do if the flag that you choose was picked to represent new zealand?

When I first heard about John key going to change the flag I was furious. Then I heard that seventy percent want to keep it the same. When you first heard it what did you think?
